Marilyn's Hash Brown and Eggs Breakfast

Introduction

This is a favorite of my husband and is good for any meal, not just breakfast. Serve with Ham Slice or Bacon Strips. This is a favorite of my husband and is good for any meal, not just breakfast. Serve with Ham Slice or Bacon Strips.

Ingredients

    4 c or 8 oz of Schwan Hash Brown Shreds
    1 T olive oil or bacon grease
    1/3 c chopped onions
    1/4 c chopped green peppers
    4 eggs, scrambled

Directions

After frying bacon, use the grease to brown the hash browns. As they are browning add the onions and green peppers and saute until soft. Scramble the eggs and pour over the hash browns and cook to desired doneness.
Nutritional info is based on two servings. Can serve three depending on size of serving. Serve with bacon strips, ham or toast as desired.
