Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    4 tbsp lemon juice, divided
    2tsp olive oil
    1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
    2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle with 2 tbsp lemon juice. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until browned on one side and flip to brown other side. Add mushrooms and broth and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until done.
