Cinnamon Baked Squash

Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 700 grams
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Cut squash into 6 equal parts and scoop out seeds but do not peel.
mix olive oil, honey and cinnamon together and brush over the cut sections of the squash to coat
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until cooked.
makes 6 approximately 115g servings.
