Poppy Seed Loaf

Ingredients

    3 c. flour
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    1.5 tsp. salt
    1.5 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1.5 c. milk, 1%
    1 1/8 c. canola oil
    1.5 tsp. vanilla
    1.5 tsp. almond extract
    1.5 tsp butter flavoring
    1.5 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 2 larg or 4 small greased and flavored loaf pans. Bake at 325 degree F. for 60-70 minutes depending upon size of pans used.
