Easy Cornbread

Ingredients

    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
    3T sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
