4 4oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp minced onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 slices Kraft Fat Free Swiss Cheese
1 can condensed reduced fat Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/2 Fat Free Milk
8 Reduced Fat Club Crackers( about 1/3 cup) crushed
1 tsp butter melted
In a small bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and milk. Mix well and then pour over the chicken. Melt the butter in another small bowl and crumble the crackers into it. Sprinkle crackers onto chicken.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and crackers are golden brown.
