Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage

Introduction

This is a very easy casserole to make. I use Bob Evans bulk (one pound) sausage. Original or Italian, both are good. This is a very easy casserole to make. I use Bob Evans bulk (one pound) sausage. Original or Italian, both are good.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground pork (Bob Evans bulk sausage)
    4 large potatoes
    1 and 1/4 c of evaporated milk (warm)
    1t of garlic powder
    pepper - dash
    1T of onions - minced/dehydrated flakes
    Olive Oil cooking spray

Directions

Spray cooking spray in a casserole, I use olive oil. Arrange half of the peeled and sliced potatoes in bottom of the casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the garlic powder, pepper and minced onions on to the potatoes. Then make patties about two inches in diameter and place on top of the potatoes. Now add the rest of the potatoes and sausage patties and sprinkle with the remainder of the seasonings.

Cover and bake at 350 for 60 minutes

Makes about 8 servings with 2 pieces of sausage and one cup of the potatoes
