Tuna Florentine

Ingredients

    Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) thawed & drained
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Celery Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Press excess liquid from spinach. Drain tuna. When noodles are done drain & return to pot. Combine noodles with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
