Ingredients

    .5 c ground flax
    .5 c shredded coconut
    .25 c raw cacao powder
    .25 c honey, agave or date syrup
    1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all together until homogenized. You can eat as is or dehydrate for a few hours.
