My favorite Muffins

Ingredients



    * Flour, whole grain, 1 cup (remove)
    * Oats, 1 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    * Flaxseed, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Soy flour, full-fat, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cut the apples into small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Grease a muffin pan.

Fill in the dough and bake for 15 Minutes. or little more depending on the stove.
