Ingredients

    *Squash, yellow, raw, 2 serving
    *Baby Bella Mushroom (Dole), 2 serving
    *365 Stoplight Pepper Strips, 2 serving
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes one serving

Cut all veggies into slices and place into grill pan. Place on grill with medium flames. Let cook 15 minutes. For protein add pre-cooked shrimp, stir and leave on grill until shrimp is warm.
