4 large courgettes/Zucchini, washed and peeled.
1 large onion.
1 carrot, wash and peeled.
1 turnip, washed.
1 low-fat beef or vegetable bouillon cube.
Put in a tall pan with the low-fat bouillon cube and cover with water.
Cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
Puree using a blender to obtain a thick, smooth soup.
