Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups - Cream cheese Philadelphia Low fat 95% fat free
    Pumpkin puree ( Stokley) canned - 1 can 14 oz
    20 packets - Splenda
    1 Tbsp - Nutmeg
    2 Tbsp - Cinnamon
    1 Tsp - Cloves
    1 Tbsp - Vanilla Extract
    4 Large Egg Whites (1 cup)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.

In a large bowl, mix together splenda, vanilla, egg substitute, and cream cheese. Mix until just blended thoroughly. Then add the pumpkin and spices and mix again.

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray (No Crust necessary). Pour in the mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set (you should see the top crack a bit). Cool and refrigerate until completely chilled, or refrigerate overnight. Serve as is or with a scoop of fat free whipped cream!
