• 1 15.5oz can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/4 onion sliced
• 1/2 clove garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp cumin powder (or more to taste)
• handful of fresh cilatro leaves
• salt and pepper to taste
Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or spread on a sandwich.
