Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients

    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, 2 tbsp
    *Bean sprouts, 0.75 cup
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cups
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Great Value No Stick Butter Flavored Cooking Spray, 2 serving

Directions

Boil chicken in salted water; cool, chop into bite-sized pieces; Spray pan with cooking spray and add chicken along with all other remaining ingredients. Cook until veggies are crisp-tender.
