Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Beans, pinto, 1- 16 ox. can, undrained
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 1- 14.5 oz. can undrained
    * Beans, red kidney, 1- 16 oz. can, undrained
    * Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    * Ground seed, .5 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Makes 4 servings. (I believe, 1.5 cup = serving size)
Brown meat in deep heavy saucepan. Drain if needed. Add onion and bell peppers and cook until tender. Add seasonings and cook 1 minute to bring out flavors. Add the tomatoes and mash/chop them up a bit with the spoon. Add both cans of beans. Simmer over low for 30 minutes.
