1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) - drained and rinsed
2 tbsp Tahini
1/4 tsp Cumin (or to taste)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp water
dash Cayenne Pepper
1 clove Garlic
I serve with whole wheat pita that I spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese - then put under broiler to warm. Cut into wedges and spread with hummus.
