Dollbabe56's Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

    Pork loin (chops), 4 chop boneless and fat removed
    Flour, white, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) slice
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
    4 Turnips
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 15 large
    Sauerkraut, 2.5 cup, undrained
    2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

Makes 4 servings
In sauce pan fitted with steamer basket, steam potatoes, carrots, turnips, and cauliflower until tender) Lightly flour chops. Heat oil in large fry pan. Brown chops on both sides. Add onions and cook until browned. Add steamed veggies. Top with sauerkraut (undrained) making sure to cover everything. Reduce heat and continue cooking for 30 mins.
