Ingredients

    Olive Oil 2 Tbls.
    Beef, round steak, 8 oz
    Flour, white, .2 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic, 1 minced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, 5, diced
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    Parsley, .5 cup
    Red Wine, 4 fl oz
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve
    Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz)
    Noodles 4 oz. dry
    Margarine 1 Tbls.

Directions

Serves 2
Using a Pressure Cooker, spray with cooking spray.
Combine flour, salt and pepper - dredge meat in mixture. Heat oil and brown meat. Remove meat to plate. Saute onions, carrots, garlic, bay leaf and parsley for 3 minutes. Add broth, wine and tomato paste. Add meat and lock pressure cooker. Bring up to steam over high, then reduce heat to medium - being sure to keep steam going - cook for 22-25 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles (or steamed, diced potatoes.)
