Cabbage Soup

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium head cabbage quartered
    10 medium size raw baby carrots
    2 cups Swanson Beef Broth, fat free, 50% less sodium
    1 cup water

Directions

Bring liquid to a boil in a medium sized pot. Chop cabbage into quarters, or each quarter in half again. Add baby carrots. Boil until carrots and cabbage are tender. Can add salt or pepper to taste. (Not included in recipe) Serves 2.
