Introductionclassic beef & noodles w/ red wine classic beef & noodles w/ red wine
2 cups wide egg noddles, cooked & drained
1/4 cup Classico Traditional Basil Pesto
2lbs Beef Top Sirloin (cut in bite size pieces)
3 pkgs Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 cup water
3 oz of red wine
cook noodles & drain. toss with Pesto. brown beef cuts with garlic and wine. when done, do not drain, just pour in gravy mix and stir. as sauce thickens, thin with water. let simmer until thick again. serve beef & sauce over noodles.
