Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups cauliflower
    1 tbsp. evoo
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Coat cauliflower with oil (a Misto sprayer works best), add salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until browned and tender.
