* 16 oz Jennie-O Turkey Tenderloin
* 3 small white onions
*1/4 cup olive oil
*1/4 cup lemon juice
*1 tbsp basil
*1 tbsp oregano
*If using bamboo kabob sticks, soak them.
*In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and oregano, and whisk together.
*Cube up tenderloin and portion out into 4oz portions.
*Skewer turkey and onions, alternating.
*Add to 9x13 baking dish, and cover with marinade. Let sit for at least an hour.
*Add kabobs to grill, basting with remaining marinade, and rotating till done.
