Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground Turkey (Byron Center Meats) 4oz, 16 oz
    Bulghar Wheat 1/4 cup dry Bob's Red Mill, 1 serving
    Uncle Ben's Instant Brown Rice 1/4 cup dry 1 cup cooked, .75 serving
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .75 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Mediterranean spices (McCormick makes a couple of pre-mixed blends that save time!)

Directions

1. Get your rice bulghar wheat cooking. You can cook together if the cooking time is the same. (Tip: I prepare a couple cups of these fibericious side dishes including Brown rice, Bulghar Wheat, and Wild Rice and freeze in 1/2 cup servings so I can splash into any 30 minute meal similar to this any night I am in a hurry to get a healthy meal on the table.)
2. Brown the ground turkey in a frying pan while chopping the onion and sweet bell pepper - spice to taste!
3. Add onions and brown a bit.
4. Put the frozen green beans in the microwave and heat through but do not over cook.
5. Toss in the rice and bulghar wheat and heat together.
