Sandy's knockoff creation of chicken mandarin salad

Introduction

I got the idea from a restaraunt in my hometown and just used my nutrition tracker as a guide. I got the idea from a restaraunt in my hometown and just used my nutrition tracker as a guide.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup salald greens (Marketside Organic Herb Mix)
    1.5 tbsp fat free cream cheese
    About 4 slices of canned mandarin oranges
    0.5 serving boneless skineless chicken breast
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic Vinaigrette (Maple Gove Fat Free)
    2 tbsp crushed almonds
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend

Directions

Heat olive oil at med temp in frying pan. Cut the chicken into slices or cubes as desired. Put chicken in pan and season with Mrs. Dash (R); cook chicked until golden brown. Place chicken on bed of salad greens. Top with mandarin oranges, cream cheese, crushed almonds, and balsamic Vinaigrette. Great for quick lunch or dinner, enjoy.
