Baked French Toast

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    2 Egg Whites
    1/2 c 1% Milk
    1/2 tbsp Vanilla (or less, if you don't love vanilla)
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    dash Nutmeg
    4 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Directions

Use a fork to whisk together eggs. Add milk, vanilla, brown sugar, and nutmeg; mix well. Pour into small loaf pan. Cut bread into strips (I used four strips per slice). Place in pan and mix gently until the bread is soggy and mostly covered in the egg mixture. Cook in 325 degree oven until the eggs are set (about 10 minutes).
