Barbequed Round Steak

Ingredients

    1.5 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour, for dredging
    1 T. oil
    1 chopped medium onion
    1.5 T. sugar
    1 t. salt
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1 T. mustard
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water

Directions

Salt & Pepper steak to taste, dredge round steak in flour and fry in hot oil until browned. Mix remaining ingredients separately, add to steaks, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. (Serve with mashed potatoes and use the sauce as gravy - potatoes not calculated into nutritional information.)
