Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients

    2 lb. lean pork chops (thick and boneless)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 t. dry mustard
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    2 T. oil
    10 large stalks celery, chopped, with leaves
    2 10.75 oz. cans chicken gumbo soup

Directions

Combine flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard and garlic and dredge pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil. Put in crock pot, add soup and celery. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3.5 hours.
