Ingredients

    chikcpeas 2 cups
    tomato 2 medium chopped
    garlic clove 2 chopped
    onion 1cup chopped
    jalopeno 1/4 - 1/2 chopped
    corn from 2 cooked ears.
    mushrooms 1 cup chopped


Directions

mix all ingredience exept corn and stirfry
with 1 TBS olive oil add garam masala for an idian flvour
or spice with oregano chile powder for a more trd. flavour
add corn when all is done serve as side dish
serves 6
