Crockpot Baby Bella Mushroom, Lentil and Bulgur Stew

Introduction

Easy to put together in the crockpot, healthy, and inexpensive. Add more mushrooms if desired or mushrooms of your choice if desired.
Barley could be used in place of the bulger.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
    3/4 cup bulgur
    3/4 cup dry lentils
    2 Qts broth of choice
    1/2 TBSP Basil
    3 tsp. Summer Savory
    1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes or 1 medium onion finely diced.
    1/4 tsp fennel seed
    3 Bay Leaves
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Makes 8 servings approximate serving size is 1 1/2 cup.
Assemble all ingredients in a crockpot/slow cooker. Stir and cover.
Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low for 10-12 hours.
