Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie



This is a great way to add some flax seed to your diet. This is a great way to add some flax seed to your diet.
Number of Servings: 1


    6 oz Greek Yogurt, Blueberry or Vanilla
    1 cup fresh frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1 envelope stevia, natural sweetener
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal (ground flax seed)


Place all ingredients in a blender container and blend on high until smooth. Makes one 12 oz. serving
