Olive oil spray dash of salt and pepper 1 lb. round steak, sliced 2 larged onions, sliced 4 green peppers, sliced garlic (2 cloves) 1 cup celery, sliced 1 cup beef broth
3 Tbsp cornstarch 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Brown steak slices with olive oil spray. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add veggies and broth. Cover and cook until veggies are tender. In a separate bowl, mix together water, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Just prior to serving, add the cornstarch mixture to the veggies/meat. heat and stir until thickened. Serve over brown rice.
