I love fruit like apples dipped in caramel or cream cheese dips. This is a nice, low-cal dip in place of the "sugary" recipe I have. I also experiment with this dip by adding things like cinnamon, lemon zest, chopped pecans, etc. Good Recipe! - 9/16/08

This recipe sounds great! However, unless I'm missing something, exactly how much, quantity that is, equals 1 serving? Recipe says it makes 16 servings. That would be? how many spoonsful? Sorry! I would really like to serve (EAT) this but don't want to divide into 16 portions. Sorry thanks! - 5/20/09

This sounds good. But I won't try it. Artificial sweeteners have been known to cause a wide variety of health issues. I do not want to ingest chemicals and hope my health doesn't suffer. To MSCTRL who commented above on the dangers of artificial sweeteners. Could you post the websites that you use, specifically on Splenda. The aspartame warnings are easy to find. But I use a lot of Splenda, which is the sucralose and can't find anything solid. Thanks. - 10/11/08
