Introduction

Spaghetti squash instead of noodles, mixed with mozzarella cheese and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
A true delight for an Italian night.
Spaghetti squash instead of noodles, mixed with mozzarella cheese and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
A true delight for an Italian night.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large spaghetti squash
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
    1 can tomatoe sauce
    1/2 lb ground beef, fried with onions & garlic
    1 med. onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Fry ground beef, onions and garlic together
Cook Spaghetti squash in micro. 10 minutes, vent squash by pricking holes in it before cooking.
Slice Squash and remove filling with a fork, place in casserole dish
Add grated cheese, mix 'till melted, or just sprinkle cheese on top with parmesan, either way is great!
Top with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese and serve
Serves 10
