Introduction

from my vegetable blog. Can be put on top of soup or added to a bit of oil for a nice pita bread dip. My recipe is 1/4 the size of the original, if you like it and want to make a big batch look there. from my vegetable blog. Ingredients

    1/3 cup cups hazelnuts
    1/3 cup cups pistachios
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    1 tbsp coriander seeds
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
    dash black pepper

Directions

Toast all nuts and seeds. Reserve tablespoon of hazelnuts and tablespoon of pistachios. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Pour into a bowl. Add the reserved nuts to the food processor and pulse until just roughly chopped. Mix into the finely ground mixture by hand.
