Chick Pea Salad

Number of Servings: 3


    1 can chick peas drained and rinsed
    1 chopped jalapeno pepper (seeds and pith removed)
    3 leaves of endive chopped
    1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
    1 clove diced garlic
    1 tbs olive oil
    2 cups string beans steamed and chopped in half


combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve

Add salt and pepper to taste
makes 3 servings
