Deb's turkey & veggy soup

Slow-cooker (great for warm weather) or stove top anytime.
Freezes well.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb fried, drained ground turkey
    1 can (28 oz) tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 envelopes of onion soup
    5 med stalks celery, chopped
    1 c carrots, chopped
    8 C water

Directions

Fry ground turkey, drain well (I run under hot water) and add to slow-cooker. chop veggies & add. Add tomatoes, soup mix & water.
Cook high 3 hours or low 6

    Thank you for your comment! Glad you enjoyed it! I often cook barley, small pasta or rice on the side and add to bowls as I serve. That way it is still firm. Any fussy eaters can add what they want! Deb
