Morning Millet

Submitted by: AZCHRISANN

Introduction

This is a breakfast for beating cholesterol and keeping the hungries at bay. Packed with fiber and tons of nutrients. I would advise taking your meds at least an hour before or after. 1/2 cup plain, low-fat, soy milk
    1 Tbsp ground flax seed
