    * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Walnuts, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 0.50 cup, packed (remove)
    * Oat Bran, 1 cup (remove)
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 0.50 cup (remove)
    * Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 1 cup (remove)
    * Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, 170 gram(s) (remove)
    * Danon Greek Plain, 10.6 oz (remove)
    * Crystal Farms Low Fat Ricotta Cheese, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * *Jiff Natural Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix it together dry ingredients first than the moist and add the moist to the dry. Add to whatever size pan you like. I use a 11 X 14 lined with parchment paper . Bake at 350 for 20 to 35 minutes or until the center reaches 205 degrees.
I tried the Vanilla Whey and it was good too maybe even better.
