Introduction

Variation of traditional green bean casserole. Still trying to perfect it. Another good thing about this recipe is if you don't like mushrooms you will like this. If i decide to make a small change i will comment this to let you know. Variation of traditional green bean casserole. Still trying to perfect it. Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups of fresh green beans
    1 can of cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1 cup of evaporated milk
    1 tsp of soy sauce
    1 tsp of pepper (optional)
    1 cup french fried onions

Directions

snap off/cut off the ends of the green beans, rinse, put in 9x9in baking dish, stir in soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper(optional), and 1/2 cup of the fried onions. cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven uncover and pour the over half of the fried onions on top of the casserole and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Makes 7 1/2 cup servings.
