A new twist on tacos..... use a heart of romaine lettuce leaf as the 'taco shell,' and fill with tuna, red peppers, and tzatziki sauce. It's light, fresh, and high in protein. Ingredients

    Heart of Romaine lettuce - 4 leaves
    Canned Tuna, pack in water - whole can/100g
    Red bell pepper - half medium pepper, strips or chopped
    Tzatziki sauce - 2 tbsp

Directions

Drain can of tuna and scoop 25g (1/4 can) into each of the four lettuce leaves. Add the red pepper slices (or chopped) and 1/2 tbsp of tzatziki sauce. Pick up a filled lettuce leaf, fold in half - take a bite and enjoy!
