Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Shrimp, raw, 32 oz Peeled and de-veined.
    * *Onion, raw 1/2 cup chopped, 1 cup
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    * *Bell Pepper (Green) 1 Med, Raw,
    * *rotel tomato w diced green chilis, 10 oz
    * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    * Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
    * Garlic, 4 cloves
    * Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp

Directions

In a large sauce pan, combine your onion, bell pepper and celery. These should be diced or chopped to a uniform size. Cook at a medium heat for about 8 minutes or until clear. Add your tomato sauce and tomatoes, your chili powder and your sugar. Cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes, Add your frozen peas and shrimp, reduce your heat, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until shrimp are a uniform pink color and are tender but firm in consistency. Serve over white or brown rice. Feeds about 5-6 adults.
