Introduction

I tried to duplicate the muesli at a hotel where we hold our union meetings - it's not the same but still very good! I tried to duplicate the muesli at a hotel where we hold our union meetings - it's not the same but still very good!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Hot Cereal
    2 Tbsp hot water

    1 Tbsp dried cranberries
    1 Tbsp raisins
    1 Tbsp sliced almonds
    1 dried apricot half, chopped
    1/3 cup Lucerne Sense fat free vanilla yogurt

    Optional: light whipped cream for topping

Directions

For 1 serving:

Soak the cereal in the hot water for 5-10 minutes. Prepare your other ingredients while you wait.

Combine cereal with dried fruit and yogurt. Add whipped cream if you wish - it adds about 40 calories to the meal but is well worth it to me :)
