Ramona's Vegetarian Chow Mein

Number of Servings: 6


    1 Head of Bok Chow sliced diagonly
    1 large onion chopped
    1 clove of Garlic minced
    3 cups of fresh bean spouts
    2 celery stalks sliced diagonly
    1 cup diced carrots
    3 tsp minced ginger
    1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2 tsp Olive oil
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth


Cut Bok Chow and Celery diagonly
Mince garlic and ginger
Chop onions and carrots
Heat both oils in wok
Place all in wok
Cook until water evaporates, then add broth, oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste, cook till desired consistency.
Use Low Sodium broth and soy sauce
