Introduction

Ingredients


    Green Beans (snap) cut frozen or fresh, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red or green raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 packed cups, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup packed
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 8 clove crushed
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 4 teaspoons or to taste
    Parsley, 4 tbsp chopped
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp or to taste.
    Olive or Canola oil, 1 Tbls

Directions

Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil and saute all chopped vegetables in deep pot. After cabbages begins to wilt, add parsley, salt, diced tomatoes, broth and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours. Add hot sauce (to taste)

Makes 4 quarts or approx twelve 10 oz servings.
