Ingredients



    * Broccoli, fresh, 3 bunch
    * *Potato, raw, 4 large
    * *Italian Sausage, pork, 8 link, 4 hot and 4 sweet links.
    * Onions, raw, 2 large
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    1/2 cup water

Directions

cut the broccoli into pieces,
slice the potato's in half
cut the sausages in half.
Peel and quarter the onion.
Crush the garlic
add all the ingredients into a large cover-able baking dish. bake covered at 300 degrees for one hour and a half. serve.
