Sunday Morning Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

    Whole wheat flour, Sugar, Baking powder, salt,
    egg,butter, skim milk, vinegar

Directions

Put together in a bowl dry ingredients. In small container mix together skim milk and vinegar
( substitute for buttermilk). Beat egg. Alternate egg and milk with dry ingredients. Melt butter. Once egg, milk and dry ingredients are mixed together add melted butter. Makes 10 4-5 inch pancakes.
