    3 cups buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp vanilla
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 cup flour
    1 cup ww flour
    1/2 cup wheatgerm
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt


Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Blend together and cook on an oiled skillet until done.
Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
Makes 20 palm-sized pancakes.
