Introduction

Crazy combo that makes a yummy key lime pie like custard! You can serve it in a graham cracker crust if you like - just be sure to add that into your calorie count. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large avocado, pitted and without skin
    1/3 cup fresh lime juice
    1 14-oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into custard dish or individual ramekins.
Chill atleast 2 hours.
Garnish with cool whip light (optional - for 35 calories more per serving)
Makes 6 servings.
