Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 cups lowfat buttermilk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Makes 16 (small-medium) Waffles

Whisk together dry ingredients. Whisk eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. While whisking add in melted butter.
Add dry ingredients to wet, whisk until blended.

Turn your waffle iron on and let the batter rest until the iron is hot, about 5 minutes.

Prepare per waffle iron instructions.
